On 7th
October, 2012 ‘Time
for creation’ was observed by Union Christian College Barapani SCMI Unit on
the theme ‘Sustainable energy for all’
The programme was moderated by Ms .Sharon Runlel, followed Bible
reading and prayer by Ms Mariami. Mr. Jerry Dkhar (Lecturer UCC) was the speaker on the topic ’Sustainable Energy for All’.
Where he stress upon God created energy and its importance in our life, and as
a Christian our duty to preserved and protect the environment, when God Created
heaven and earth and living and non-living thing in Genesis, He put Men to take
care of it, In this world of Scientific and technological warfare it is still
our responsibility to realized the importance of energy in our life and the
world we live in and it’s our earnest duty as a human being to preserved it.
And Mr.Dingu
Keche and Ms. Tasso Nania also gave
a paper presentation on the topic: ‘Sustainable Energy for All’ stressing
on the importance and measure and how to protect it.
